Select Offshore was founded in 2013 by Mike Tann and Ryan Burville, with the backing of Select Engineering, a well-established engineering recruitment agency. Mike and Ryan both had prior experience in the oil industry, giving them a good understanding of life away from home and mobilising at short notice on long assignments.
