Job Title: Site Coordinator (Document Controller / Cost Controller)
Location: U.S. East Coast – Port-Based Site
Start Date: January 2026
Duration: 12–14 months (until February 2027)
Rotation: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off


Role Overview:
Select Offshore is seeking Site Coordinators to support a major offshore wind pre-installation campaign at a U.S.-based port site. This dual-role position will be responsible for both document control and cost tracking across the pre-installation scope. It is a critical function to ensure the project maintains proper data management, financial transparency, and operational efficiency throughout execution.

Working closely with the wider project team, you will oversee the flow of documentation, maintain database structures, manage the budget, and track all pre-installation costs.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the central point of contact for document and cost control during pre-installation

  • Manage contractual document streams and filing systems (digital and physical)

  • Maintain document databases, structures, archiving, and data integrity

  • Compile and submit key documentation including as-built records to the Project Team

  • Monitor and maintain the pre-installation budget

  • Produce financial forecasts and track actual costs against projections

  • Support cost reporting processes and identify budget variances

  • Ensure clear communication between project management, finance, and subcontractors


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in document control and/or cost control on large-scale industrial or energy projects

  • Strong organizational and data management skills

  • Proficiency in project management software and budget tracking tools

  • Understanding of financial reporting and forecasting principles

  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States

  • Prior experience in renewables or offshore wind environments preferred
