Requirements:
Education & Certification
-
Technical diploma or certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Renewable Energy (required)

Apprenticeship or journeyman electrician qualification (preferred)
-
Relevant training or certification in battery energy storage (e.g., BESS OEM certification, OSHA, NFPA 70E)
Experience
-
2–4 years of hands-on experience working with electrical systems or renewable energy equipment
-
Prior experience with battery storage technologies (especially lithium-ion) and inverters (preferred)

Familiarity with SCADA systems, data loggers, and remote monitoring platforms
