Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, develop detailed plans, set schedules, and manage budgets for offshore engineering projects.

2. Technical Expertise: Provide technical support to ensure systems and components align with project specifications and performance standards.

3. Safety Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture by implementing and adhering to established safety protocols and best practices throughout project execution.

4. Resource Coordination: Oversee personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.

5. Quality Assurance: Monitor engineering activities to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.

6. Project Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records, including design files, safety reports, inspections, and change orders.

7. Cost Management: Track project expenses and identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising safety or quality.

8. Client Liaison: Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates, manage expectations, and address evolving project needs.

9. Emergency Response: Respond effectively to emergencies, participate in drills, and support incident resolution in line with safety protocols.

Key Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Offshore Engineering or a related discipline.

2. Valid offshore safety certifications.

3. Minimum of 1 year of experience in offshore cable installation and project engineering.

4. Solid knowledge of offshore safety standards and procedures.

5. Proficiency with engineering software and tools.

6. Strong communication and team collaboration skills.

7. Basic understanding of emergency response protocols.
