Crane Operator

Select Offshore are looking to fill the below opportunity.

Job title: Crane Operator 

Location: UK

Start Date: Start of June 

Duration: 6 week rotations 

Requirements:

• Stage 3 Crane Operator Certification
• BOSIET/FOET (with CA-EBS)
• OGUK Medical (or equivalent offshore medical fitness certificate)
• Banksman/Slinger certification
• Must hold UK Passport or a UK Work Permit
• Proven experience operating cranes offshore on jack-up vessels
• Familiarity with dynamic lifting, personnel lifts, and confined deck operations
• 300T+ crane experience required
• Ability to interpret lift plans and technical documentation
• Strong understanding of safe lifting practices and risk management
• High attention to detail and safety compliance

Additional info:
The Crane Operator is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of pedestal or lattice boom cranes onboard a jack-up. The role supports lifting operations and repair, ensuring compliance with UK offshore regulations and industry best practices.
