Location: Dubai and Abu Dhabi ( travel may be required for different projects)

Job Description:
1,Participate in drafting, reviewing, and revising major commercial contracts and other legal documents;
2,Support contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and litigation processes as needed;
3,Handle or assist in local legal disputes, litigation, and other forms of dispute resolution in Middle Eastern jurisdictions;
4,Provide legal support for projects in the Middle East region, including risk control and compliance review;
5,Assist in the development and implementation of legal policies, processes, and contract management systems adapted to local requirements;
6,Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on legal matters across jurisdictions.
Job Requirements:
1,Bachelor’s degree or above in Law;
2,At least 8 years of legal working experience, with substantive experience in Middle Eastern legal systems(EPC AND OIL & GAS BACKGROUND);
3,Holding a legal qualification certificate (local or international);
4,Proficient in English, Proficient in Arabic is preferred;
5,Experience in oil and gas international engineering or trade-related legal work is a plus.
