PPA Origniation Manager

• A degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Physical Sciences, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in energy trading, procurement, or sales—preferably in renewables.

• Proven ability to evaluate, structure, and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including long-term PPAs.

• Solid understanding of European electricity markets and regulatory frameworks.

• Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, and numerical proficiency.

• A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and composure under pressure.

• Excellent communication skills in English. Proficiency in German, Spanish, or Italian is a strong plus.

What You’ll Do:

• Structure and negotiate long-term PPAs for both standalone projects and broader portfolios across multiple European markets.

• Manage and coordinate PPA tender processes and prepare competitive proposals for incoming tenders.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Investment, Project Finance, Legal, Energy Portfolio Management, and Risk to ensure PPA terms are bankable and aligned with portfolio strategy.

• Present negotiation outcomes to internal stakeholders and investment committees, supporting critical business decisions.

• Monitor electricity market trends, analyze long-term pricing developments, and build relationships with industrial offtakers and energy buyers.
