Job Title: Lift & Logistics Supervisor - Pre-Installation
Location: U.S. East Coast – Port-Based Site
Start Date: January 2026
Duration: 12–14 months (until February 2027)
Rotation: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off

Role Overview:
Select Offshore is supporting a major offshore wind development and is seeking an experienced Lift & Logistics Supervisor to oversee all pre-installation lift and transport operations at a U.S.-based port location. This role is central to ensuring the safe and efficient movement of major components and equipment delivered by sea transport.

You will work closely with the transport department and third-party contractors to plan and coordinate lifting operations and equipment deployment, making sure that all lifting assets are compliant, certified, and fully operational throughout the scope of works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all pre-installation lift and transport activities

• Work directly with the Lift and Transport contractor and internal logistics teams

• Ensure lifting equipment (cranes, SPMTs, etc.) is efficiently utilised

• Verify all lifting and transport gear is fully certified and in safe working order

• Monitor and manage site logistics to support daily operations and project milestones

• Implement and enforce strict safety standards in line with project and regulatory requirements

• Support progress reporting and ensure compliance with delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience coordinating heavy lift and logistics operations on port-based or offshore energy projects

• Strong technical understanding of cranes, SPMTs, and other heavy transport equipment

• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and ensure safety compliance

• Familiarity with sea transport logistics and port delivery processes

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Offshore wind or port terminal experience strongly preferred
