Job Title: Quality Inspector Pre-Installation
Location: U.S. East Coast – Port-Based Site
Start Date: January 2026
Duration: 12–14 months (until February 2027)
Rotation: 3 weeks on / 3 weeks off

Role Overview:
Select Offshore is recruiting experienced Quality Inspectors to support a major offshore wind pre-installation campaign at a U.S.-based port location. This role is vital in ensuring that all components and processes meet the strict quality standards expected throughout the supply and installation chain.

As a Quality Inspector, you’ll be responsible for conducting inspections at all stages of pre-installation, supporting quality assurance across the value chain, and contributing to continuous improvement efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out inspections on components and procedures during pre-installation

• Monitor quality across multiple project areas to ensure consistency and compliance

• Identify and document any non-conformities and escalate as necessary

• Contribute to quality reporting, analysis, and performance tracking

• Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions

• Collaborate with site teams and subcontractors to uphold quality standards

• Ensure adherence to project specifications, codes, and regulatory requirements

• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on quality processes

Requirements:

• Previous quality inspection experience on large infrastructure or energy projects

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes and industry best practices

• Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and reporting skills

• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality management systems

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

• Must be eligible to work in the United States

• Offshore wind or pre-assembly experience preferred
