Requirements:
Education & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Technical diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy (preferred)

Relevant training in solar PV installation and maintenance (e.g., NABCEP certification or local equivalent)
Experience
-
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems
-
Familiarity with both rooftop and ground-mounted solar installations
-
Experience working with inverters, panels, and associated electrical components
Technical Skills
-
Strong understanding of solar PV system design, installation, and operation

Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

Knowledge of tools and equipment used in solar installation and maintenance

Understanding of relevant electrical codes and safety standards (e.g., NEC, OSHA)
